Mount Prospect police responded to report of an armed robbery of a taxi driver at 914 West Palm in Mount Prospect at 7:55 p.m. Three male blacks attempted to pull a knife on a taxi driver.
Three offenders are described as follows:
One offender had braids. One offender had a baseball hat and a brown shirt. Third offender description unknown.
Suspects were last seen running southbound from 914 West Palm through backyards toward the expressway.
