OCT 11 2008 11:04 AM — Two women were robbed at Northpoint Mall (Rand and Arlington Heights Road). A man demanded money from a 54-year-old Mount Prospect and grabbed the woman’s arm after she refused the demand. She then gave the robber some cash and the robber fled southbound through the parking lot, leaving a 64-year-old Arlington Heights woman untouched. Both woman were standing near their parked cars when the robbery occurred. No injuries reported.
The robber’s physical description was male, white, 5′-8″ tall, medium build, age 35-40.
