A near drowning rescue reported at Tanglewood Apartments 2134 South Goebbert Road [MAP/SAT] in southern Arlington Heights a little after 1:30 p.m. Tuesday.
Report of a possible bystander rescue. A male apparently saw a seven-year-old girl floating face down and rescued the girl and performed CPR for a short time. The girl awoke crying and coughing up water and was transported to Northwest Community Hospital by Arlington Heights Fire Deparment paramedics. She is expected to be in good condition.
